Shipping Policy


**TEXTBOOK ORDERS MUST CHOOSE "PICK UP AT STORE" OPTION.


PROCESSING AND SHIPMENTS: General Merchandise orders (non-textbook orders) placed online are generally processed and shipped within two business days if items are in stock. If an ordered product is out of stock you will be notified via email or telephone.

DIPLOMA FRAMES: Diploma frames can be ordered directly from the manufacturer and may take up to three weeks for delivery. If you don't find one on our website, click on the link in the carousel above to go directly to the manufacturer. 

SHIPPING METHODS: Most domestic orders are sent via Priority mail or UPS ground. The chosen shipping method for each order is dependent upon destination, package weight, and shipping charges assessed. Very small orders (decals and pennants), at our discretion, may be sent via First Class mail with a reduced shipping and handling charge.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to issue a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us as well as for the shipping fees. If we shipped the wrong product, we will promptly refund or replace the item and refund your return shipping charges. A replacement item will be shipped free of charge. Please enclose a copy of your receipt. Only items that are in new condition are eligible for return or replacement in all circumstances. For details call (805)565-6064.
